# For NFT Hodlers

NFT holders are able to free up some liquidity from their NFT collections for other purposes. They could reinvest the amount borrowed into the same NFT projects or they could reinvest in new NFT projects that they think are promising in the short or long term. This helps improve the capital efficiency of holding the illiquid NFT assets.
